Business Continuity – Tabletop Exercise

In this session, attendees will participate in a war game, a technique used by the Defense and Intelligence Communities to simulate a series of events occurring over time. Attendees will learn the art of war gaming and be asked to solve a global disruption problem in “real-time.” The objectives for this session will be:

• To raise questions and situations attendees may not have previously considered.
• Have attendees gain skills to conduct their own in-house war games.
• Provide top-level training in organizational preparedness.
